Richard Balayazi

Richard Balayazi is passionate in youth development as he believes that they're the key builders for the current and the future. With an experience in the field of Event Moderation and Human Resource for three years in AIESEC in Tanzania where by he has been able to develop skills concerning Human resource, managing people, presentation, event planning, and Leadership.

He is good in Event Moderation ( Corporate and Ceremonies)

Currently he is serving as the Country Director: AIESEC in Tanzania and a CEO at REB.CO.LTD.
